Keanna Jackson, 6, of Burton shops with Burton Firefighter, Matthew Raysin at Meijer in Burton Wednesday evening. Meijer offered $100 gift certificates to children whose families are facing hardships this holiday season along with the opportunity to shop with a 'local hero,' a firefighter or police officer for their gifts.

OMG Hollyn! This is a very nice picture. That little girl looks like she came off the shelf! I love the jucstaposition of the officer verse the little girl in her boots, makeup, hair "did" and pink dress with the fur... she even has a candy cane in her belt!
