Tumble-A-Thon


Gabreial Evans, 5, of Flint does 27 cartwheels in 60 seconds at Grand Blanc Gymnastics during a tumble-a-thon where the gymnasts have 60 seconds to do as many cartwheels as they can to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network of Hurley Medical Center.

Lynn Fowkes of Holly, Mich. took inspiration from his nieces when he created My Uncles Gourmet Bar-B-Q Sauce which he began by cooking variations of the sauce in church kitchens until he got it just right.

Portrait for Toyota Recalls


Lilia Alberto and Abraham Alberto lost their mother and wife, Guadalupe Alberto in a car accident when she slammed her 2005 Toyota Camry into a tree at more than 80-mph on Copeman Boulevard in 2008. The Alberto family has filed a lawsuit against Toyota as they believe unintentional acceleration was the reason behind the accident. Abraham and his wife Guadalupe started A & G Market together (seen here) in 1980.
